ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

• Delivery time: 7-15 days

You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, so you can track your order until it reaches your home! Please allow 5-7 days for the courier to register the package in their system.

If you try to track your package and there's no information available, it simply means the courier hasn't processed it yet. Once registered in the system, the tracking information will appear on the tracking page.

If your order has passed the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we'll take care of it.

WRONG ADDRESS

When completing your order, please make sure you enter the correct address, as we are not responsible for delivery to an incorrect address.

If, after the package has left our warehouse, you contact the courier during the final stage of delivery and ask to forward or redirect the package, we must inform you that we assume no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to the package.
